Where we ship

Luciano Padovan ships to all countries of the European Union.

Delivery times

We undertake to process and deliver your order to the DHL courier within 2 working days following the order acceptance date. For payments by bank transfer, this deadline is to be considered on the day of receipt of the transfer by Luciano Padovan.

Once the products have been entrusted to the courier, Luciano Padovan will send you an e-mail containing the details in order to monitor the shipment. In general, DHL takes 24h for deliveries within Italian borders and 48-72h for other European Union countries.

Delivery times are indicative and a delay does not entitle the customers to refuse delivery or request compensation or compensation.

Compliance

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check:

• that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document (DDT);

• that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered.

Any damage to the packaging and/or the Product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately notified in writing on the Courier’s proof of delivery. Once the Courier’s document has been signed without the Customer having made any objection, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of the delivered package.

Any problems relating to the correspondence or conformity of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to info@lucianopadovan.it.
